| Kurze Inhaltszusammenfassung auf Deutsch | Bibliotheken, Archive und Museen positionieren sich in der sich ständig verändernden Informations- und Wissensgesellschaft sowie in der globalisierten Kulturlandschaft als aktive und interaktive Orte des Wissens, des Lernens, der Forschung und des Kulturtransfers. Sie nehmen auch die Herausforderung an, welche neue Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) dabei an sie stellen. Diese Arbeit untersucht im ersten Teil im Zusammenhang mit dem Begriff ‚Kulturelles Gedächtnis’ die Bedeutung oben genannter Institutionen als kultur- und bildungswissenschaftlich orientierte Einrichtungen für eine Gesellschaft. Im zweiten Teil wird die ‚Cité de la Musique’ in Paris als Best-Practice-Beispiel eines musikalischen Ensembles von Kultur-, Bildungs- und Forschungseinrichtungen vorgestellt. Dabei wird ein besonderer Akzent auf die Darstellung des ‚Musée de la Musique’ und der ‚Médiathèque’ der ‚Cité de la Musique’ als Institutionen des kulturellen Gedächtnisses gelegt. |
| Kurze Inhaltszusammenfassung auf Englisch | Libraries, archives and museums justify their existence by positioning themselves in the ever changing information and knowledge society, as well as in the globalised cultural landscape. They become interactive places of knowledge, learning, research and for the transfer of culture. They also accept the challenges which new information and communication technologies confront them with. The first part of this diploma thesis examines the meaning of the institutions mentioned above as culturally and educationally orientated institutions for a society in connection with the expression ‚cultural memory’. In the second part the ‚Cité de la Musique’ in Paris is introduced as a bestpractice-example for a musical ensemble of culture, education and research institutions. A special emphasis is put on the presentation of the ‚Musée de la Musique’ and the ‚Médiathèque’ of the ‚Cité de la Musique’ as institutions for the cultural memory. |
