Internet-Arbeitsplätze und deren Verwaltung gehören in Öffentlichen Bibliotheken zum Alltag. Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit Problemstellungen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten, die in Bezug auf diese Thematik auftreten können. Zunächst wird auf einige allgemeine und rechtliche Aspekte eingegangen, anschließend folgen die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage. In den weiteren Kapiteln werden verschiedene Produkte vorgestellt, welche die Verwaltung von Internet-Arbeitsplätzen unterstützen. Abschließend wird das Themenfeld Wireless-LAN behandelt. |

Internet-workstations and their administration are a part of the daily routine in public libraries. This thesis deals with the problems and possible solutions for them. At first it will dwell on general and judicial aspects. Then follows the results of a survey about the subject. In the following chapters different products which support the administration of internet-workstations will be presented. Finally the topic wireless-LAN will be discussed. |
